Where are Boy Scout Troops near by?

Boy Scout Joining Locations

This page will aid you in finding a Boy Scout Troop near your home.  Troops have sponsoring organizations or meet at particular schools or locations.  This locator is intended to give you an idea of what is in your area.

Please enter your city or nearby town.  The information returned is based on where the Scouts live, and not where the sponsor is located.
If you don't find a Troop in your City, try a nearby City since our locator does not necessarily have every town or suburb that a Troop may draw from.

You can use this information or contact the Viking Council Office at:   Phone:   763-545-4550

Search by where Scouts Live
Note:  You may enter the first few letters of a city.  This is the name of the town that Scouts live.    OR     Enter letters contained in a city name.

The ScoutingBSA.org web site is a legacy site of the Viking Council BSA, now Northern Star Council.
This site was the original council site and was active from 1996 to 2002 and run by volunteers.  As the web became more important to Scouting, the council took over with paid staff.  This site is no longer maintained but is an interesting snapshot of an early Scouting web site.    You can share your comments
using our on-line form or send a message to the Webmaster.   Thank you for visiting!
